We also receive basic technical information needed to keep the portal secure and working, such as browser type, device information, approximate location, and access times.

How we use it

We use information to operate your account, review and route submitted opportunities, communicate about your account, improve the portal, and prevent misuse.

We do not sell personal information or use submitted project details to build advertising profiles.

When we share

We share information only when needed to operate the service—for example, with authorized SunriseBDO team members and service providers who help host, secure, or maintain the portal. Those providers may use information only to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of the service, or to address suspected fraud or abuse.

Security & retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account and submission information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.
